medium line and thought I could use this crew TeriyakiTanker: /No you cannot move the crew to another Russian non-premium
tank without a penalty. You can however move any Russian
medium crew into it without a penalty and you could also train the
Rudy crew to a Russian non-premium tank and then use the crew in
the Rudy with no penalty. Works the same as any other premium
tank.
