every month so I am stuck wondering wthis going on why can't I buy
anything?TeriyakiTanker: If there is a 1-800 number on the back of the card give it a
call and explain the issue. The most likely issue is that the
card provider is blocking the purchase because they think it is
fraudulent. Also it would be a good idea to at least join the
20th century and get a bank account.
