IS3-A still OP ?

TeriyakiTanker: IS-3A is a stupid tank, massively OP when top tier and basically trash when bottom tier (along with basically every other Tier VIII heavy in the game).  The auto-reloader needs to be changed to be just like the Italian ones.  Right now you get 2 free shots into any tank you meet.  Just because the gun is relatively trashy doesn't make it a smart mechanic, especially considering they already did it right with the Italian ones.
