PunkInDrublic0069, on Jan 22 2019 - 22:16, said: I know this isn't going to stay up very long, WG will delete it to try and save face.  It doesn't take someone who's played 40,000 games to know that the current state of the game is just pitiful.  Cheaters go unpunished, racists go unpunished, and for whatever reason WG doesn't seem to care about balancing the game.   I spent the entire holiday event trying to learn the nuances of the game, despite the sheer amount of terrible players that flocked to the game and made it difficult to learn.  I was harassed by several people because I was "[edited]".  I was subjected to racist comments, of which the players were never punished even after I submitted screenshots and the replays.  WG if you have any desire to fix the game you need, not should, NEED to fix the customer service system.  The amount of clueless customer service reps you have working that have zero understanding of the basic fundamentals of UDP and TCP packets is mindboggling.  Furthermore, telling players that hacks and cheats are not a problem because everything is handled server side is a complete crock of garbage.  A major step you can take towards re-establishing faith with the player community is to STOP prioritizing new premium tanks when you damn well know the game in its current state is crap.  After having one of my worst days ever in the game, I ended up with 6 wins and 19 losses.  Out of those 19 losses 18 of them started with XVM saying we had a 60%+ chance to win.  That was the straw that broke the camels back, I have uninstalled the game and I have zero intention of returning.   The biggest thing that deters new players from sticking around is the fact that there is no system in place to ensure that they don't have to worry about going up against players with 6000+ ratings.  I remember the first couple games that I played I lasted less than 2 minutes because of the higher rated players there for no other reason than to pick on the new people.   I wish I had faith in your company fixing the game, I simply do not.  The fact that you will not admit that there is any kind of Russian tank bias says it all.  I'm done with your sad excuse for a video game company.  I suggest you read my comments in the survey.  Enjoy the continued decline in player base, hope it was worth it.  From what I can tell WoT is your cash cow and you are literally feeding it poison.
