whats the best all round tank after the last patch ?

TeriyakiTanker:   personally I feel that the Russian tanks don’t really start getting OP until tier 9.  Until then they are just consistently good but you can usually find a tank in each tier and class that is better.  The true strength of the Russian lines being that almost every tank is at least decent and you are pretty much guaranteed that the Tier 10 will be at least good.
