TeriyakiTanker:  Without knowing for sure I am assuming this is your practice account so I will tell you that you seem to be doing pretty well for someone with basically 1000 battles who only plays tier VIII.  If I were you I wouldn't worry about your win rate because at this low of a battle count it will fluctuate up and down a lot.  I basically started the same way you have by buying a bunch of tier VIII premiums and just diving right in.  No clue if it was a mistake or not but its how I wanted to start playing so I didn't and don't really care.  You can learn the game at any tier but when learning at tier VIII  you need to accept that you will be at a disadvantage due to having crappy crews.  It is what it is. There really is no reason to have a practice account by the way as you are just diluting your crew experience at that point.  All you need to do right now is focus on map knowledge and awareness of what is going on around you.  Try and stay alive as long as possible and realize that you don't need to get all your damage in right away.  Be patient and focus on doing damage while staying as safe as possible.  Do not be careless with your health.
