MT crew skills - BIA 1st or 2nd

TeriyakiTanker: I was a huge BiA fan when I first started playing the game but now I feel that it isn’t needed until st least the third if not fourth skill.  With low tier mediums I would suggest starting with everyone on cammo and changing the commander to sixth sense when he gets to 100%.  After that go all repairs for your second skill.  Third skill I would suggest commander recon, gunner snap shot, driver off road driving, radio operator take situational awareness, loader retrain second skill to safe stowage and start on repairs again. Don't get me wrong, bia is nice but I feel cammo and repairs is better.  Just my two cents.
