Need a suggestion to help my win rate%

60% win rate average at the end of their day regardless of how
their team is setup by matchmaker. I know I can't carry a
team like that but boy when I do have that great battle it feels

sure you have 100% crews2. Make sure you have a good crew
skill layout3. Proper equipment for tanks4. Get good on
your map knowledge5. Proper level of aggression6. Know
how to play your specific tank properly, what I mean by that is
don't play it like a heavy just because it is labeled a heavy.
Looking at your stats extremely quickly I see that you have a 45.68% win rate, average damage of 261, kills to death is .53, survival rate of 22.42%, base defense of .50, and a base capture of 1.46. But the good news is your recent win rate is 49% and your recent WN8 is almost double your overall so personally I would suggest you are starting to get the game. That's a very good thing. You should continue to focus on staying alive as long as possible as well as doing timely damage. What I mean by timely damage is damage that helps direct the flow of the game and not camping the redline to pad your WN8. Another suggestion based off your base defense vs capture points is that you don't spend enough time defending your cap and too much time trying to cap. If that is the case try to change that mentality.
So I think your real problem is that you are looking to accelerate your progress instead of starting it, that is a really good thing. Your average tier is a little over 5 and I think that is a perfect place for you. A couple of suggestions would be to pick a small number of tanks that you really like, say 5 or so, and work on developing your crews in those tanks. Get them to their third skill. This will help you out a lot as it pays to have good crews but you will also get better handling each tank which will in turn accelerate your learning of the game.
If you want to posting replays for people to go over can help a lot, certainly not all the advice will be good but there are a lot of people here who will watch the replay and offer you good advice. You may also want to post some of your crews and ask if you have the best crew skills. Overall it looks like you are on the right track so as long as you are having fun just keep plugging away.
