TeriyakiTanker:   You should learn to comprehend what you read because that isn't what he said.   On topic though, it would be nice if there was a way for non-clan wars players to get reward tanks.  Considering how much effort people put into getting clan wars tanks it wouldn't seem right if it was a simple buy for bonds though.  They put in a lot of time to getting the tanks and any way they come up with to get other players reward tanks should be a time crunch too.
