may be correct in a purely legal point of view that doesn't make
what WG are doing anything close to smart. Plenty of
companies have done things that were legal but in the end pissed
off their customers and then gone out of business. Legal and
smart are not the same thing, and good businesses know the
difference. If you get a bad enough reputation for ripping
people off that usually doesn't go well.
