I would never break them up for commanders - because you lose the
benefits of the BIATeriyakiTanker: Not really, they work with any one else having BiA so it
makes sense to use them for crew members that have a larger number
of useful skills. Depending on the tank this usually means
Commanders and Drivers. There really isn't a huge need for
these guys to be loaders. Retraining them is a pretty good
idea if you can.
