However if you think you can tell the other 29 people in the game what to do and how to play, you are mistaken as they are unlikely to listen to you, and this is leading to your frustration.
Some will want to test physics, some will want to play, some will want to test how the physics effect how they normally play, and I'm sure most people are there for different reasons.
Please play how you wish and let the other 29 play how they wish, you will have more fun that way.
