Friendly T59 intercepted my shot as he budged a little mid-shot.Immidiately gets bombarded by own team.Automatic suspension for defending myself.

You one shot a T59 who was capping, (Probably from a ammo rack hit)
Friendly fire in the cap circle of friendly tanks who are capping, is weighted heavily by the smart auto friendly fire system that takes these things into consideration.
You need to take extra care to NOT hit friendly tanks who are capping.
That was enough to go blue, which isnt the end of the world, it means tanks on your team can retaliate and shoot you without any FF sanctions.
But then you killed yet another ally, and thus got removed from the game for a day.
All in all, you purposely TKed a allied tank, and got a game ban due to that.
Id say the auto system did well personally.
If you posted a replay of a ban from a accidental shot, then that would be something to justly complain about.
The forum rules also state that disputes are not to be lodged into the forums.
