Perhaps, if the staff understood the problem, they might have a better chance of solving it. As I've stated in multiple posts, and repeatedly in support tickets, I have ONE ACCOUNT, on ONE EMAIL ADDRESS, it's the only account I've ever had, and I've had it, unaltered, since July 2010 as a closed beta tester.
With regard to my account, there is no choice to make, there is only one.
There are no multiple accounts, unused, to delete. There is one account, and if I delete it, or WoT deletes it, there will never be another one.

The information provided by Vallter previously is the situation.
To try to explain it more for you.. You joined World of Tanks a long time ago, (Thanks I hope you are still having fun) Anyway.. when you joined there was one server which then split up into the NA server and the Eu server. So everyone who joined as long ago as you did, has two accounts, a banned account on the Eu server, and your NA server account which you are playing.
When the database was made from combining all the players from the Ru, Eu and NA servers, a lot of players ended up with the account from the incorrect server being put into the test server's database. It will be fixed, but not in time for this 7.2 test unfortunately.
Vallter apologized for the situation, and hopefully the players can understand that the priority is getting 7.2 fully ready and released onto the retail/main NA server as quickly as possible, instead of stopping the production to fix the test server's database.
Again I apologizes as well. But all we can do unfortunately is fix the situation and prevent it from happening with the 7.3 test server.
