Reporting lag issues

im from Philippines too. got the same exact experience with Kang.. I use the classic tools -ping and -tracert to see if this is really an ISP issue but the results hardly appear to be. i've noticed a hop indicating the area in Charlotte has been dropping the connection more often. this has been on-going now for 3 days here, affecting mostly those with PLDT as their ISP. can we have some sort of band-aid to this? i mean it would have been tolerable if it wont dc during the match but unfortunately it does... as for me i get DCed more than 3 times in a single match.
here's the recent pingplot result.. decided to use this as it looks more presentable and soothing for the eye

Tanitha: Hello g3njur0
Traffic from SE Asia does go through charlotte on a regular basis.
Running hotspotshield, and a addblocker such as addblockplus to neutralize the adds from hotspot usually forced your Internet to take different streets and bypass Charlotte.
Thats the only short term band-aid available. Longterm we are looking into several options to make things better for our SE Asia players.
