Reporting lag issues

Tanitha: Hello Noobiachi.
Looks like you are in Europe, and decided to play on the USA server.
And looking at your ping route, when you hit USA (Hop 6) you are on 107 ping, Which looks pretty normal and acceptable.
However, between hop 6 and hop 8, you go from 107 ping -> 246 ping, while transferring from New York -> New York.
The ping should be linked by distance, your ping shouldn't be going up ~140, without moving in distance. So I would suggest there is some form of traffic jam in that New York ISP.
You could change the streets you use to get from your house to the World of Tanks servers, by using a VPN system such as hotspot shield, until the traffic jam is cleared.
You can find details on that in this thread.

makes the entire game useless for me.
Tanitha: There isn't server capacity issues with the World of Tanks servers.
The Eu WOT servers regularly get 60+k players online, and the Ru
servers often get 340+k players on-line.
