Reporting lag issues

This first one is when i have Hot Spot Shield running,
but even with this running at some stage during the day/night it will boot me from our Teamspeak 3 server and then at the same time say's "you have been disconnected from the server" in World Of Tanks,my m8 got booted with the same problem the other day from clan wars not good at all then you have to disconnect from Hot Spot Shield just to reconnect to the Teamspeak 3 server and then i have to load it back up and reconnect to the game again but with only 2 mins to get back into game or your just sitting at your garage.

Now this last one is with out Hot Spot Shield running and it's a joke i can't do anything but get raged at by my team for not doing anything or like the other day told by one of the people on my team at the time who was dead as the normal that i'm a retard and my JT gun would'nt scratch his paint, he's now on my iggy list can't wait to see that E-75 one day on the battlefield lol,and i can't even move or if it does you then can't stop your tank at all or control it and then have it doing 360's in front of the enemy and you can not do a thing about it.
Now this has been going on for me since the 0.7.0 patch and now i have to have hotspot shield running or i can't even play, and the other thing is if my Teamspeak 3 ping with it running is around 380 this is the sweet spot for me then in game my ping is 280-300 area and i have never had it that low but to get it to do that i have to sit hear watching my T/S ping if it's to high i have to disconnect the hotspot shield and reconnect it last night took 45 mins to get it in the right spot, this is starting to drive me mad so thought i would post and hope that you may be able to help me with this.
ps sorry Tan but i have no idea how to do a spoiler.
Thanks and see you on the Battlefield

Tanitha: Hot spot is nothing more than a bandaid, than can help improve
things enough to get them going half the time. At least your net
looks usable with it running, even though its not ideal.
Looking at your real pingplotter (with no vpn running), Its a mess.
I'm not sure it even makes sense.
Hop 3. The Ip listed I cant find any info on,
http://www.ip-adress...er/172.18.78.34
So I'm not sure why its not a public info like they normally are.
When i have unknown IP's that I go through that I don't understand, I usually run a ton of virus/trojan scanners, to double check that something isn't intercepting my internet.
I use Avast (free) and Spybot search and destroy http://www.safer-net...home/index.html
I'm not saying there is a issue here, but, as a safety precaution "I" usually virus scan to make sure, when I have unknown things happening with my internet.
Anyway..
Hop 4 you are in victoria.
Hop 5, you goto Hobart.
Hop 6 Hobart
Hop 7 Melbourne.
I'm not sure why you appear to taking a scenic tour around Australia before you head to USA. but going from Vic -> Hobart -> Melbourne doesn't make much sense.
Its not until the 11th hop, before you hop onto the cable to leave Australia. And already you have visited at least 5 ISP's that have given you packet loss.
I would run the virus scanner, and in particular spybot.
And then contact your ISP and provide them the normal pingplotter, I wouldn't mention the hotspot to them or you probably will just confuse them.
NPs about the spoilers : )
Have fun..
Regards
Tan.
