Reporting lag issues

Edit: Been playing on the same rig and net provider since i started playing this game. I was readying up for cw, still had an hour till our first battle, when i decided to run my leo. i noticed a 2 second delay in input and when i looked up, ping was around 234-260(relatively ok here) but the lag light(?) kept turning red. thought it might be my rig, so i ran games which i thought would stress test my rig, but everything went smoothly.

Step 3, (hop 3) is showing 14 ping, but also averaging 146 ping, so that obviously goes up high occasionally to get to a 146 average. It should be steady at a very low number.
This is .. "Smart Broadband Incorporated from PHILIPPINES" probably your ISP, or who your ISP connects to.
Hop 7 and 8, you have a 100% packet loss, so, a 100% information loss. So. Its hard to access anything after that.
Since step 6 and 10 (either side) are both pldt.net a Philippines ISP, then step 7 and 8 will be pldt.net aswell.
So you will need to check ping plotter again to make sure your net is still broken, and if it is the same sort of pinplotter results as what you have linked here, contact your ISP and provide them your pingplotter for them to bighunt their end. It looks to either be your ISP, or your phone/internet line.
