Well, it look almost same... So I think it should be ISP issue.
Well, this PC is installed with Panda Cloud antivirus, Malwarebytes Anti Malware, Spybot - Search & Destroy, SpywareBlaster, SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition, and Autorun Eater. So I think it mostly or 99.99% wont be a virus issue.
About the hotspot shield, after i install, should I need to select anything?
Really? How long? It means it can help me by lowering the latency as direct connect to there directly? This should be nice~~ XD
Tanitha: Since its the same from your work, (and i assume you didint use
your laptop there and actually used their computer)
Then it looks like a local internet issue. Not caused by yoru local internet but caused by the other ISP/hubs your ISP routes you through.
In the second pingplotter you have packet loss from every step along your route, and it looks like no data is even getting to the WOT server on that 2nd pingplotter.
Sounds like it wouldn't be a virus with that lot installed, so, id guess that IP is normal for Malaysia then. All traffic from Malaysia -> USA probably goes through that "somewhere".
With hotspot, it will install itself into a button on the task-bar, which is a on/off situation. Green for on, Red for off.
I normally leave mine off, and just switch it on when I need to.
Long term, its something that's being considered at the moment, so, I wont go into it at the moment, It might be soon or never at the moment.

Tan.
