Violation: Insults towards moderators, administration or developers

When the CUSTOMER is not happy expalnation of what happened is given to the customer, charges (most complaints are a result of customer being charged for not following directions) are explained and an attempt to smooth ruffled feathers is made (sometimes that means we have to disagree). But when the customer gives a negative and insulting reviews they are not banned, They are not given a punitve and often unjust bannishments. the only modification done to any post would be the deletion of foul language with and edit mark showing that "expletive deleted".
Ultimatley they have been succseful. They don't provide and exclusive product/service other companies compete with them they veiw that competion as a credit to their success. They use this competion to try to improve the company product and service they offer This compnay has watched competitors come and go but they still thrive. Eventually Wargaming is going to have compete in this area and by banning or punishing the customer they are just giving money away. By not provinding a way for people to vent you are just letting the bad feeling fester and resentment grow
