First try it this way by right clicking on the replay file and select OPEN WITH. Then you need to select the world of tanks exe file from the test server install since the retail install doesnt have french line yet and if you dont use the test install it will fail to load. Once you get that done all you have to do in the future is double click on the replay and it will auto open the game and play it.
YOU MUST BE LOGGED OFF FROM ANY WORLD OF TANKS VERSION OR IT WILL NOT WORK.
