Ive looked into the above issue with finance department. All of the above players/posters should all be EU players, so when you log into the NA portal/website it shows your NA account to be blocked (because your EU account is valid)
So if you are a EU player, please make sure you log into and use the EU portal/website, and the EU forums, They are separate servers, forums and accounts.
