it's at the river bank. was going to try take a screenshot but nope. never got the chance because i got killed by russian players.
also you need to get the capture counter back in because i hate the base being ninja captured. PLEASE, or atleast just bring back the siren.

Most of those issue you describe (except the land bug) are probably from copying English files over from 6.7 -> 7.0
You might be running the complete Russian V4 patch, but id bet that on one of the previous versions you copied English files over.
Try installing the new English patch located here.

It should override your incorrect files, and fix the above issues.
