Language pack Bugs

It has previously been reported that the English, German and French language packs are fully working.
And the Spanish, Italian and Polish language packs contain the localisation errors that create issues with.
"Unable to sell tanks" , "Missing cap bar" and "Intermittent battle results"
If you are able to confirm that the above issues are still present in V4, please feel free to do so below.
