Since 5 August -> 17 November, EU server add 330k player, RU server add 1million player, while US server only add 30k player. At this rate we can kiss NA server goodbye and start moving to EU server?

While your first quotes are probably correct, the info you added is completely wrong. "EU added 330k, NA added 30K" is miles out.
NA and EU are sharing similar stat's.
NA's registrations in October, was higher than September. EU's was about the same.
The NA community is strong, with more posts and activity on the NA forums, than there is on the EU forums. (September and October)
New membership on NA for October/September/August was >350k. (A long way from the 30k you mentioned.)
Please be careful when making up stats, and spreading false information.
