We each have out separate jobs which we specialize in, however all development is done in Belarus.
So we are the voice for the players, and the voice for the devs.
I've included a page on this thread into my daily reports.
So players -> NA office -> The development team heads, flows pretty well information wise.
Information from the development team -> NA office -> The Players, however, still needs some improvement, its something we have worked on and made many changes too over the last couple of months, but there is still many ways it can be improved, and it continues to be improved weekly.
