I have to wonder at the timing of the General and Chief's hiring. Did WG.net finally figure out they need somebody who actually understands the US/EU player base or is their hiring simply an attempt to garner this "Good Community Relations" award?
I hope it's the former and not the latter. I like tanitha, the Chief, and the general have been tending to the forums, lately.
i'd hate to see them leave.

WG opened a NA office to handle the NA server a few months ago, its been staffing up, switching on, and transferring duties, more and more since then.
We are definitely here to stay.
