They don't need to have events for things to work well. Just adjusting the credit multiplier for the tier 5/6 tanks somewhere between what they are normally and the 2x event would probably be enough for the tier 5/6 tanks to be played more (instead of "just" the tier 8 premiums) leading to better MM situations.
