While there have been 5-6 people state that aren't getting 2x credits when playing appropriate tanks during this event. The amount of complaints is very small, and there is no known issues from the support side of things.
So if you are having problems with this issue, please submit a ticket to support directly, providing them some screenshots, copy/paste of the after battle screenshots, etc. And they will look into your issue specifically.
