Wargaming, World of Tanks, and up coming titles like World of Warplanes and World of Battle Ships, is all expanding astronomically.
So the internal structure and systems are getting replaced and improved on a regular basis.
There is a new NA office kicking in to run the NA server, and a new EU office coming online to run the Eu server.
And until offices are up and running sufficiently there is a swap-over happening.
But to answer your question. On NA there is two Lead Community Managers.
Basically myself, that heads up the forums & external teams, like the mod wiki news steam etc sort of teams, etc.
And GeneralDirection is heading up the content, in forums/game events, statistics, etc.
We will try to keep you up to date with these changes as they happen.
