Tanitha: Hi guys/gals.
As you know something failed. I'm not sure what.. But I have contacted support, and they have contacted the guys in charge of it.
I have no ETA, or any information on what will be done to fix the problem ATM, but I have asked them to make sure they keep you guys/gals up to date.
