?Tanitha: There are many restrictions placed on volunteer's yes. As well as
many weeks of training, testing, etc etc..
As for contests, events, championships, etc.. It wouldn't be a blanket ban as such, But volunteer's obviously wouldn't be able to enter anything that they would have a advantage over. IE volunteer's can play in the drill comp's but They wouldn't win forum competitions that involve judging by a wargaming staff.
