against the rules. The rule is not..

Players dont have to wait for a game to end, they can exit and hop onto another tank/game.

If you haven't read the rules and dont know why people are sanctioned, there's a easy way to fix that. Link
If players break those rules, the mod team or support department will apply the appropriate warnings/sanctions as they are instructed clearly to do in their code of conduct.
