Credit Scaling?

One of the main things you are paid for is damaging other tanks, and that is %'ed based on your level compared to the level of the tank you are hitting.
So at T1, everything you hit is at your level or above, but you dont really do alot of damage.
At T10 you pump out a lot of damage, but everything is at your tier or usually lower.
All up, T5 is about a sweat spot, you can pump out damage, and be hitting tanks above your tier.
