in particular skins with hitboxes drawn on them.
They are fully legal, and this has been stated many times. If that changes there will be an announcement.
They are freely available within the creativity section of this forum, the EU forum and the RU forum and many other independent websites.
If you wish to use them, use them, if you prefer pretty cammo type skins then use them.
