Thanks for keeping us up to date with the issues and being extra patient.
I believe most of the problems have been with us looking up issues with interact, which was resulting in feedback of "its working"
Most of the above posting from other players about delays in getting gold, when checking up on them they mostly appear to get their gold in about 3 hours.
So I believe the current situation with Interact is.
1. Its working.
2. Payments used to mostly be instant, and now payments mostly take 3 hours, with some extremes taking up to 14 hours.
3. You seemed to have separate issues, or a bug of some kind, which is not getting you to the payment page properly.
So for a few days, I've been getting them to look into your problems specifically.
For starters.
1. Could you please check your system for something that could be blocking it, such as popup blockers, or security addons etc.
2. Clear your cache.
3. Make sure your java is fully updated.
4. Download and install a different browser. IE chrome / firefox (Which ever one you arent using at the moment)
5. Reset the computer.
6. And then try it, with the different browser.
+ we have done other things ourselves to try and help assist and solve this problem.
