Name Change Unlimited Is Over

With name changes, they can be changed in the forums instantly, But they can not be changed in game while the server is online.
So forum name changes are done quickly and game name changes are scheduled/queued and done over the next few days in a batch.
The only name change I've looked at so far, the name was in the queue to be changed. So hopefully most of yours are as well.
If you applied for a name change during the event, correctly, and provided a name that was not against the naming rules, And it has not been changed yet.
Please PM the below details and I'll look into it.
1. Your original game name.
2. Your original forum name.
3. What you requested your game name to be changed to.
4. What you requested your forum name to be changed to.
5. What date and time and timezone?
6. How did you request a name change?
7. What is the ticket number.
I'll link this thread to support now, for them to look into.
And link it to head of support when they are online.
And follow up the PM's I receive individually.
