In Canada, interac is more commonly used than cash. It's how we send money through email, pay for almost everything in almost every imaginable place.
If a business in Canada can't accept interac, it's generally regarded as a two bit operation. We pay for a taxi with it, pizzas at the door with it. It's everywhere.
It's also popular because unlike credit cards, the bank will cover any loss from any online scam. So it's a VERY important way of paying to us. Even our kids have them.
I made a post in the financial forum because if I understand correctly, it's playspan and not WOT dropping the ball.
The people are simply frustrated at the situation and not you - It's just as Canadians we kind of feel screwed over a bit I guess because we lost out with all the lag, then on the sales ...well....you know the rest of the story.
(Edited..) When thi sis over, is there anything WOT can do to for canucks who have missed out? I know small things go a long way, but even coming out of beta people got prizes, playing for free. These are all paying, loyal customers, angry because they can't get anyone to take their money.
