Perhaps a moderator can explain why I was given this "chat ban" instead of a request to submit a new name? thus cripling my ablity to play WOT and communicate effectivly in it?
And yes I have the Email stating it was my NAME not anything said in chat.

The point is, you are required to change your name, please do so, then the sanctions will be removed.
