This is why, they must enforce there own rules, and not select a few people to ban for similar names.

Harrypotter is probably prohibited due to the copyright rulings. But its a new ruling, so I'll let this slide for now. But the player should rename to avoid problems later.
SpetsnazGuard seems fine.
