Crash upon launch

case. Now every time I go launch the game I get to the launcher,
hit play, the screen goes white, and then it closes down on itself

Tanitha: In your directory is settings, that aren't deleted in a
reinstall.
You probably need to delete some of them.
\\computername\Users\YourWindowsUsername\AppData\Roaming\wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks
The directory is hidden..
File is called preferences
Rename it to preferences2 so its not used. and you can rename it back if needed.
