Suggestion for Ultimate conquest battle times

Assuming that the majority of players are American, then logically the majority of clans are ALSO American, and therefore the majority of owned areas would naturally be set to a "prime time" favoring that area of the world!

We need to allow "Prime Time" for any area to be set by the clan which has ownership of the area. This way the "defending clan" can set the battle time to what is most convenient for them. Tanitha: IE.. A non NA clan, is most commonly in about the +8 timezone. Which covers west Australia, china, and some of Asia and some of Russia etc.. But there is also decent numbers in +7 and +10.
So a +8 clan, like the 503 Drill comp winners. Claims land. Changes the "primetime" to 7pm their time, IE a suitable time for them.
For all the west USA clans to take that land now, they would have to fight at 5am their time. Or 8am for east usa.
IE the land would then be at a unsuitable time for the majority of players. Unless you put in another fee for them to change the time back. But then the time would still be in USA time, just both clans have payed 500 gold for nothing. One paid 500 to change it, one paying 500 to change it back.
I did read your suggestion, and its about being about to change the time of the battles to something that suits your timezone, thus making it not suit usa's timezone.

Tanitha: Its not a matter of being able to field a defensive force or not, we fielded enough to take 5 pieces of land yesterday with the main clan and 3-4 with the reserve clans.
The point to me is, that most players in Oceania cant play at the current USA timezones. Paying 500 gold to swap the time to a time not suitable to usa players, isn't a viable option imo,

Tanitha: As above, the point should be getting the Clan game playable to Oceania players. Which is isn't atm for most in oceania due to them works during the day. To make the game available to Oceania players, your suggesting a 500 gold fee to swap the land to Aus prime-times, so its no longer at a suitable time for the majority of players.
I'm not twisting anything to shoot your suggestion down, I just dont think your suggestion is good for the Oceania players most of who work during the day, because they would be paying a lot of gold to change the battle times (Land often changes hands, new land is gained old land is lost). And I dont think its good for the USA players at it swaps land to a time that isn't at a suitable time for them, so either they could never attack it, or would have to pay as well to swap it back.
EG, clan has 5 pieces of land, you attack their capital, win, then pay 500 gold to change its "peak time" to a time not suitable for them.
So after reading your post several times, I just cant see it being "good" for anyone.
If the overall point is to make land available for the Oceania timezone, then its much easier IMO to put land in, at the Oceania timezone.
Which is what we will end up eventually anyway, A whole world map, Russians, euro's and USA's servers playing on that map, and each bit of land having its own timezone.
Until then we need a bridge to keep the Oceania players going.
