Critical hit that does no damage

A HE shells explodes when it connects, and this was a direct hit.
I think the game's hit mechanics needs to be worked over. Critical hits that does no damage and does not seem to affect a tank's performance are happening fairly frequently. A projectile should always do some damage when it hits a tank on almost all direct impacts. A shell simply does not penetrate the armor of a tank, doing no damage, and decimating a crew member or some other module and leaves the tank "unscathed" otherwise.
Also, how exactly does a SU-100 manage to only track a MS-1 dealing no damage otherwise. I wasn't even aiming at the tracks. A shell that's 5 inches in diameter, and could theorically go through 5 MS-1's lined up, doesn't just break the sprocket and inflicts zero damage to the tank.

Tanitha: Critical hit means its done something (taken out) a module/crew etc..
IE you could have killed a crew member, while not hurting the tanks armour.. IR the armour wasn't damaged something was.
