That with the fact that the areas that most computer scams and fraud come from are Africa and Russia. Not being a bigot, but this is a Russian developed game, with an international marketing, no?
Get a customer support system in place that works and then I'll consider dropping some cash. But if all I have to rely on on is an email from who knows where, no thanks.

Tanitha: There is a 24/7 support system/team in place. For example i can see 32 support/mods/admins online at the moment that i can easily contact via the mod/support chat system..
All mods are in contact with support 24/7 via the above internal chat system.
And there is their support ticket type website. As per the support photo/link in the top right of the forum.

I'm not aware if they intend on adding a phone support or not.
I'm not sure if that helps your questions or not.. But its all the info I have at the moment.
