Question about Enforcement Rule #4

What about hide the one's tank and then go afk intentionally because other teammates are all dead but him/her?
Would doing 4.05 for that reason be against the rule, too?
If the answer is no, then are there any rules and punishments for intentional afkers?
Or do you allow afkers from the first place?

No excessive or repetitive afk playing..
It looks like it was removed, and is just covered in the macro's or "similar methods"
But the catch is/was excessive and repetitive. IE someone who's at work, and just starts a game every 10 mins and then goes back to work.
Going afk in one game, isn't a problem. R/L happens, sometimes people knock at the door, the phone rings, the baby wakes up, etc..
Doing it intentionally game after game, is picked up by the bot/macro detector and covered by 4.06
