With non English in garage, the player would be directed to a foreign channel for their language in game and asked not to continue in non english. With one day chat bans issued if needed.
In game.
Nothing, usually.
The game only lasts 15 minutes max, and most of the time people are playing not typing..
So.. just this line is used..

But basically the same as the forums..
