The game content in game will be the same.
Its mainly IMO for things like the different downtime's for each server. Language support. etc.
There is cooldowns. But the rules are pretty in depth so it gets a bit complicated. Its a bit like trying to learn chess by reading a book without playing. Feel free to have a read through it. http://forum.worldof...r-1-global-map/
