I dont get it, if you guys are using the live servers to update
clients, or it is yet another mistake that made it to production.
Bottom line is, the game has crazy lag spikes, packet loss, and
making a ticket seems worthless, since you only get the same
response over and over again. ITS NOT ON THE CLIENT

meant about the PL I mentioned earlier: We
received information about a specific outage that affected some of
our network partners in North America that redirect to the East
server. This caused system wide failures, but was detected quickly
and fixed this afternoon at 1:25 pm PT. We'll continue to
monitor the situation and are interested in any reports that you
