Former top tier tanks with ELITE status and XP gets moved up a tier
but the XP stays behind? Why? The next tier is OBVIOUSLY unlocked
and no need for the XP there so WG decides to screw the player base
ONCE AGAIN by trying to force players to either spend more time in
the game to get that next tank or (what they REALLY want) players
fork over REAL CASH to convert that left behind (not so) "FREE" XP.
Stupid, lazy, money grabbing WG just being WG. Great way to keep up
your record for driving away former paying customers 
Saffr0n: I understand the logic here, but let's try to be
constructive rather than destructive...(pause). For
example: I received a tier 9 LT, but overall experience would have
been better if vehicle experience followed the tank
because there's an issue when all possible destination
vehicles around the new tier 8 LT has already been researched,
which forces me to convert vehicle experience in order to research
one or more of the tier 10 LT's that aren't.

show that you're trying to purchase a consumable, but it's not
charging you for it?
