Update 9.18 Bugs, Issues and Feedback

Saffr0n: Good morning, Tankers!   The 9.18 Release is now live and can be downloaded through the launcher or link, here. This update features changes to the matchmaking algorithm, artillery and introduces some brand new light tanks at higher tiers.
